Our History
Built From the Ground Up
Gaspar & Lavaco LLC was founded on a simple premise: that healthcare providers, dental practices, and commercial tenants deserve a contractor who understands their world — not just the construction side of it.
Over more than 10 years, we've built that reputation one project at a time across New Jersey. From a single-operatory dental startup in Bergen County to a multi-suite medical complex in Middlesex, every job gets the same attention: licensed trades, code-compliant execution, and a project manager on-site from day one.
